Short term rental (less than one week): 1 night will be charged at 30% of applicable weekly rate, 2 nights at 50%, 3 nights at 60%, 4 nights at 70%, 5 nights at 80%, 6 nights at 90%
The weeks of the Grand Prix, International Jazz Festival, Osheaga Music Festival, Christmas and New Year's Eves will carry a 25% premium over the otherwise applicable rates with a minimum 4 night-stay.
The additional number of people over the maximum included in the rates will be charged at C$50/night/person including an extra single bed (or C$30/night/person without the extra bed). An extra bed if required will be charged at C$20 per night. Baby cribs and high chairs are available free of charge.
Applicable Taxes for stays less than a month are a total of 19% (Tourism/Municipal tax, GST Federal Sales Tax, QST Provincial Sales Tax)

BOOKING TERMS: A booking/security deposit of approximately 20% the value of the stay (min. $C300) is required to firm up the booking.
It must be settled by Credit Card by phone or preferably by return e-mail supplying the Card's number and expiration date (we can also accept e-mail, Interac, bank transfers) . This deposit will be refundable only within a week after departure,  serving also as a security deposit, if the state of the apartment suite is the same as upon arrival (a final cleaning fee might be deducted if excess or abnormal cleaning is required). In case of cancellation or no show, it will be forfeit and not refunded.

CANCELATION POLICY: The deposit and any monies received shall be forfeit and not refunded as the booking constitutes a lease whereby we are obliged to guarantee accommodation for the stay dates to the client and the client to settle the stay amount upon the stipulated arrival date whether the stay is cancelled or not.  Exceptionally, if cancellation takes place two weeks or more before the stipulated arrival date, half of the stay, if still payable will not be requested.

STAY SETTLEMENT: The stay is due and payable upon the stipulated arrival date either by Credit Card, E-mail INTERAC, Bank transfer, Cash (in any major currency at the current spot exchange rate) or equivalent. Upon check-in, the Registration Form and invoice (including list of contents of the apartment-suite) is signed and the keys remitted to the guest; presentation of Credit Card and a document is required for registration.
